As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About This Role- This position requires expertise in identifying client needs and developing action plans to drive new business generation and expand existing opportunities.
You will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and guidance to the team while ensuring timely booking and invoicing of business.
Main Responsibilities- To identify client needs and develop marketing strategies for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Develop and implement plans to service existing client relationships and expand opportunities.
- Provide technical support to the team.
- Conduct trainings, mentor, and coach team members to support their growth within the organization.
You will collaborate with other practices to explore portfolio-level penetration in client relationships.
