Executive Assistant to the CEO

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our organization as the right-hand person to our visionary leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing seamless coordination, efficient communication, and flawless execution of strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Chairman's calendar, prioritize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel.
  2. Maintain a dynamic database of key contacts and support strategic outreach and business development.
  3. Drive digital and social presence by managing critical networking platforms like LinkedIn and Alumni accounts.
  4. Prepare impactful presentations and reports by collaborating with departments to gather data, analyze, and present insights that support decision-making.
  5. Organize executive travel and events by arranging all logistics for the Chairman, guests, and team leaders, and plan special events and functions.
  6. Handle daily operations, including managing calls and messages, coordinating with drivers and residential needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in healthcare or large organizations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email, calendar tools, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
