Job Description

The role of a Scrum Master is to enable teams to achieve their best through Agile methodologies.

As an Agile practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic and international team working towards digital healthcare excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and enhance PI planning.
  • Aid in building roadmaps, manage backlog, and address impediments within agile contexts.
  • Drive agile transformation and inspire continuous improvement.
  • Onboard and coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Empower the team to build a productive environment by removing impediments and facilitating internal communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant field with minimum 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Hands-on experience on Agile/Project Management with good knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud domain.
  • Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps Board (Epic, Features, Stories, enablers, story points etc).
  • A Scrum Master/SAFe DevOps with understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events.
  • Strong communication skills including ability to communicate with global stakeholders at various organizational levels and vendors.
