About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Team Facilitator to lead our teams in agile methodologies and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple Scrum teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to promote team engagement and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of transparency and open communication among team members and stakeholders, promoting collaboration to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the teams progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Coach team members on Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and best practices to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and suggesting necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing 2+ Scrum teams simultaneously.
  • Clear understanding of Agile estimation techniques.
  • Familiarity with metrics like velocity, burndown, throughput, and their application in performance analysis.
  • Leadership or facilitation roles in retrospectives, PI planning, backlog grooming, etc.
