Job Overview

The role of the Scrum Master is to facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are required to drive cross-functional collaboration among teams.

A strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously are essential for this position. Proficiency in Agile tracking tools like Zoho Sprints is also necessary.

In addition to technical skills, the Scrum Master should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to map and manage software development life cycles (SDLC) for SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Coordinate sprint cycles for mobile and web product verticals to drive business growth.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration among Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain and track product backlogs, sprint progress, burndown charts, and development velocity to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, and work to remove blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Promote Agile best practices and coach teams for continuous improvement to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • 7–9 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, SAFe or Scrum@Scale (preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Agile tracking tools like Zoho Sprints.
