Job Title: Scrum Master

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating agile methodologies and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products within agreed-upon timelines.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our global IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum practices and facilitating agile teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Educate and reinforce agile methodologies within the team and across the organization.
  • Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and encourage open communication and continuous feedback.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics and progress towards sprint goals.
  • Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and facilitate effective communication between the Product Owner and the development team.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality products within agreed-upon timelines and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum practices and facilitating agile teams.
  • Experience in software development is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Java programming language.
  • Understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
  • Knowledge of restful APIs and web services development in Java.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
