Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, tailored to banking projects and compliance requirements.">
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities.">
  • Guide and coach cross-functional teams in Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.">
  • Identify and remove impediments, including those related to regulatory compliance and risk management.">
  • Support teams in understanding and adhering to banking regulations and security standards during delivery.">
  • Track and report team progress, velocity, and impediments to leadership and stakeholders.">
  • Promote transparency and alignment across business, compliance, and IT teams.">
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery of banking software releases.">

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.">
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in regulated environments.">
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOX), and risk management.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred.">
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.">
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and compliance officers.">
