Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and consolidate GST returns for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify GST computations, tax liabilities, and input tax credits to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in GST return filings.
  • Manage GST registration, amendments, and Show Cause Notices (SCNs).

Team Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Mentor team members, prioritize tasks, and drive deliverables within deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance on developments and updates to the team.
  • Address queries on GST law and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor team performance, implement process improvements, and enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare data and documentation for responding to GST notices and coordinate with stakeholders for timely submissions.

Required Expertise and Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Indirect Tax, preferably in GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with GST compliance software and ERP systems.
  • A comprehensive understanding of GST law, rules, and regulations.
