Regional Manager Job Description

Lead a team of professionals as a Regional Manager in Career Services, responsible for driving business growth and excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with recruiters to secure placements for students.
  • Manage corporate visits to ensure seamless experiences for recruiters and students.
  • Collaborate with the campus placement team to manage the placement process.
  • Own the campus experience for both recruiters and students.
  • Meet targets set for the region to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with recruiters for corporate sponsorship of events.
  • Support admission teams of various programs at Delhi.
  • Contribute to institutional marketing activities for full-time programs.
  • Represent the institute at Delhi chapter alumni events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in business development, sales, or relevant role.
  • Proven experience in customer acquiring and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks.
