We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operations of 8-10 cab vendors, ensuring timely service delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on managing large volumes of monthly cab spot rental requests.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing cab vendors, reconciliation, and spot rental cab requests. A graduate degree from a recognized university and proficiency in Excel are also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure, are required for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Vendor Management: Manage a team of 8-10 cab vendors to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
  • Spot Rental Cab Requests: Handle a large volume of monthly cab spot rental requests, ensuring efficient allocation and timely fulfillment.
  • Audit and Compliance: Perform daily audits to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Service Level Management: Monitor and manage service parameters, SLAs, and TATs to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Qualification: Graduate degree from a recognized university.
