Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Client Servicing (Events) to lead client relationships and manage end-to-end event planning and execution. This role involves understanding client requirements, managing expectations, and coordinating internal and external teams to deliver exceptional event experiences within budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities:Understand event requirements in detail and interpret client needs effectively.
Plan and execute events while ensuring alignment with financial and time constraints. Regularly meet and coordinate with clients; serve as the primary point of contact throughout the event lifecycle. Lead and guide internal teams to deliver high-quality event outcomes.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors (catering, décor, artists, etc.) for best terms and quality.
Oversee all aspects of event operations including venue preparation, guest invitations, F&B, entertainment, and logistics. Track and manage event expenses; prepare detailed event budgets and ensure adherence. Proactively identify and resolve issues during event planning and execution.
Monitor events on-site to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction. Evaluate event outcomes, gather feedback, and generate post-event reports for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills:3–6 years of experience in event management, specifically in client servicing roles.
Proven experience as an Event Manager, Coordinator, or in a similar capacity. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of ownership. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. A portfolio showcasing successfully executed events.
A team player with effective time-management abilities. Degree in Event Management or a related field is preferred.
