Job Description

Testbook is seeking a Growth Manager to drive organic app installs and user acquisition. This role involves leveraging strategic initiatives, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustained app growth and post-install retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive organic app installs and user acquisition through strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate and understand current methods driving app installs.
  • Identify and explore new avenues to increase organic app installs from relevant audiences.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Graphics, and Content, to enhance user experience and drive installs.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve growth targets.
  • Apply knowledge of app growth tactics and retention strategies to sustain user engagement.
  • Maintain and track reports and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in driving product growth, preferably with a proven track record of organic app growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow app user base, engagement, and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
