Job Summary:

A seasoned project leader is required to oversee the execution of multiple renovation and fit-out projects for a major client based in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality fit-outs, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction for multiple renovation and fit-out projects.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of internal teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and on-budget completion with international quality standards.
  • Develop master schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with cost planning teams to prepare budgets and lead design processes.
  • Prepare fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers and BOI deliveries.
  • Identify delays and propose acceleration methods, and flag risks to timelines suggesting mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations and client asset management teams on proposed shutdowns.
  • Manage change order process and lead third-party QS for post-contract QS and certification of bills.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow, and budget updates.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and documentation management.
