Project Leadership Expert

As a seasoned project leadership expert, you will oversee the timely delivery of high-quality projects, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly understand 2D/3D drawings across various disciplines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and address design discrepancies, anticipating potential execution risks to mitigate their impact.
  • Validate and review work orders, BOQs, and drawings to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
  • Create detailed project execution schedules highlighting task dependencies for efficient workflow management.
  • Audit site work through regular on-site inspections and remote monitoring, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Guarantee that all quality and timeline-related requirements are fulfilled, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance and instructions to site supervisors, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain transparent site updates for customers, serving as a bridge between designers and customers during the execution stage.
  • Update project trackers and summaries, sharing weekly progress reports with stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and drive implementation to optimize results.
  • Serve as the quality custodian for your projects, ensuring a superior customer experience by adhering to checklists and work method statements.
  • Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives like SOPs, pricing, and new business development.
  • Nurture strong vendor relationships, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Expertise and Qualifications
  • Management graduate or construction management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Possess a strong background in project management, engineering, or architecture with a minimum of six years of experience.
  • Developed understanding and appreciation of site execution for home renovations.
  • Able to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.
  • Process-driven project management professional with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and adept at prioritizing work.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Prior experience in project management or operations is essential for this role.
  • Preferably worked with ops-focused startups.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and possess strong data analysis skills.
