About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced patent professional with 5-8 years of prior experience in a law firm or IP service company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft high-quality patent applications in multiple jurisdictions, including the US, EP, and India.
- Prepare and review responses to office actions from key patent offices.
- Manage and guide a team of patent professionals on drafting and prosecution assignments, providing detailed feedback to improve quality.
- Oversee project timelines, workload distribution, and delivery commitments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering is preferred.
- A law degree is desirable.
- Prior experience in managing patent professionals or leading projects is required.
- A strong understanding of patent laws and prosecution practices across various jurisdictions is essential.
