We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead Performance Marketing for the SMB segment of Airtel Business. You will develop growth strategies to drive user and revenue growth across web and app channels, analysing user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations. You will also manage cross-functional growth projects, design and execute digital marketing campaigns, and drive large-scale projects with ease.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead Performance Marketing for SMB segment of Airtel BusinessDevelop growth strategy to drive user and revenue growth across web and app channelsAnalyse user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/ funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIsUndertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growthManage cross-functional growth projects by working closely with product and functional teams to run experiments and roll out features on an ongoing basisDesign and execute all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Performance marketing channelsAbility to drive large scale projects, experiments, and smaller tweaks with equal easeStakeholder management with senior leadership. Act as the single point of contact for growth function

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing roles, preferably in B2C or SaaS domains. They should possess first principle thinking, exceptional attention to detail, great analytical bent, and hands-on experience in running campaigns across various platforms.
