Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective processes to ensure seamless production flows and minimize downtime.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock movements, and optimize storage capacity.
  • Maintenance and Quality: Coordinate maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and drive quality standards in all aspects of production.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, develop and execute strategies, and drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management systems, and quality control procedures.
