This role involves leading the development of a comprehensive audit framework, designing and implementing an internal audit system, conducting regular risk assessments, and developing a risk-based audit plan. The successful candidate will also oversee the implementation of an integrated financial management system, configure and customize it to align with specific requirements, and manage ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

Additionally, they will ensure optimal liquidity and returns while minimizing risk, establish and maintain banking relationships, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and monitor foreign exchange exposures and implement hedging strategies as needed.

Finally, this position requires ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets, and establishing a robust system of internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
