Financial Leadership Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Leader to manage our finance team. The ideal candidate will ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.

The Financial Leader will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our B2C segment, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, and proactively addressing financial risks to improve controls.

This role requires strong knowledge of financial regulations and guidelines, as well as practical experience in applying them to business scenarios. The successful candidate will also have excellent leadership skills, ability to align financial strategies and systems to business needs, and commercial acumen.

  • Oversee financial operations of B2C segment
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Plan, execute, and timely close Quarterly Statutory Audits
  • Prepare financial disclosures on a regular basis and ensure correct reporting
  • Lead and supervise a team of professionals

The Financial Leader will report directly to senior management and will be responsible for establishing and implementing financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and laws.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial leadership, and a Chartered Accountant certification.
