Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financial agreements in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documentation
  • Co-lending transactions with Banks/NBFCs
  • Securitisation transactions – including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment)
  • Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, compliance, finance, business teams) to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly
  • Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in Co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, Debt and borrowing transactions
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
