Senior Enterprise Lawyer

About the Role:
Olea is a digital infrastructure platform that directs global liquidity to supply chain and trade assets using advanced technology.
We are seeking an initiative-driven and diligent enterprise lawyer to join our global legal team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the organisation's contractual arrangements with vendors, including related enterprise documentation.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and thrive in an independent contributor environment. They will manage enterprise legal work, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts and enterprise documentation.
Familiarity with applicable regulatory outsourcing requirements, third-party risk governance and management frameworks, and audit requirements will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage legal documentation across the company, ensuring robust agreements with counterparties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Procure appropriate legal templates and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide support to stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements is essential.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Business acumen.
- Qualifications: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE.
