Executive Secretary

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the MD's calendar and prioritize appointments
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
- Handle all correspondences, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings
- Ensure effective internal and external communication
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Conduct research and compile data as required
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events
- Record and transcribe meeting minutes
- Support in preparing financial and business reports
- Coordinate with other departments
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Demonstrated experience in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and practices
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic financial and business principles
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
