HR Leader for Rewards and Engagement

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead initiatives driving high-performance culture, employee engagement, and recognition across our organization at ScaleneWorks. This role will oversee strategies that elevate employee experience and develop a recognition culture. Key responsibilities include managing employee engagement frameworks, designing onboarding programs, and fostering a high-performance culture through value-driven recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement & Experience:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience, including comprehensive induction sessions every 45 days and continuous feedback loops. Ensure new joiners are familiar with company policies, culture, and processes.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to guarantee timely dispatch of joining kits and address any challenges in the induction process or kit distribution.
2. Rewards & Recognition (R&R):
• Design and implement R&R policies that align with our culture and performance goals. Foster a high-performance culture by promoting value-driven recognition across the company.
• Oversee people cost-spend, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational financial goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success of strategic initiatives.
3. Induction:
• Conduct comprehensive employee induction sessions every 45 days, focusing on company policies, culture, and processes. Work with stakeholders to streamline the induction process and joining kit distribution.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in HR roles focused on R&R & engagement.
• Strong project management skills with ability to execute large-scale HR programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of HR software platforms is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
