Overview of the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resources functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and training coordination.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Enhance a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Support management in performance appraisals and workforce planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR (3-5 years).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable exposure to aviation/education/training industry.
