Job Overview

The role of Memory Architectural Specialist involves the creation and verification of custom memory architectures with a focus on SRAM design.

A key aspect of this position is ensuring successful project execution through detailed planning, health metric tracking, and risk mitigation strategy reporting.

This position requires proficiency in various memory architectures, including FinFET designs and layouts for advanced nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm). The specialist must also be skilled in physical verification flow debugging using tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of good layout practices, particularly in lower process nodes like 7nm and 5nm. They will also be experienced in optimizing layouts for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness as well as performing debugging of silicon failures and identifying layout-related issues.

  • Design and verify custom memory architectures

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler
