Job Title: Memory Layout Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to design optimized layouts for custom memories.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop memory layout architectures with expertise in floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints.
  • Collaborate with circuit designers to ensure seamless integration of memory layouts into the overall system.
  • Develop high-performance and low-power memory layout techniques, staying up-to-date with advanced process nodes.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in memory layout design, preferably with expertise in custom-based memories or compiler-based memories.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as SKILL, Python, or TCL, with strong problem-solving skills.
