We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer 360 Developer. This role requires expertise in data modeling, data quality, real-time integrations, CAI processes, Open API development, and secure role-based access implementation.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Customer360 solutions within Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
  • Responsibilities include building and customizing pages, business entities, field groups, hierarchies, and workflows in Customer360.
  • Data Quality (DQ) rules must be configured and executed to standardize, validate, and cleanse customer data.
  • Cloud Application Integration (CAI) processes will be developed and maintained to support C360 pages, workflows, and integrations.
  • Match & merge rules for accurate customer data mastering must be configured and maintained.
  • Open APIs will be developed, managed, and exposed for C360 services and integrations.
  • Business entities, attributes, and field groups will be updated and enhanced as per business requirements.
  • Data modeling (logical/physical) and defining customer hierarchies and relationships are crucial.
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) must be implemented and managed for secure and compliant data access.
  • Ingress/egress jobs, including FTP/SFTP, APIs, and file-based integrations, will be developed and troubleshooted.
  • Code promotion, environment migration, and CI/CD pipeline integration for Customer360 assets must be managed.
  • Unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support for C360 deliverables are essential.
  • Collaboration with business users, architects, and other IT teams is required to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues.
  • Performance, scalability, and reliability of Customer360 applications must be optimized and monitored.
