Architectural Development Role

The workplace interior design specialist will be responsible for supporting the architectural development team in creating innovative and functional workspaces from concept to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and Development: Assist in creating workplace projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Visualizations: Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas and proposals.
  • Technical Documentation: Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs to support construction and implementation.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Site Coordination: Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to enhance design capabilities and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution, emphasizing strong foundation in design principles and theoretical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, with expertise in Revit and Enscape/Lumion highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative-taking skills, with capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team environment.
