Senior Brand Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead our brand's marketing efforts in the FMCG industry.

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organization and drive growth through innovative strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights effectively, excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  2. Plan and execute annual & interim projects for the brand, including customer engagement programs and identifying product opportunities in QSRs & Large Key Accounts.
  3. Maintain consistency in brand messaging through packaging and product positioning.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have:

  • Tier 1 MBA (2018 to 2020 batches).
  • 3 to 4 years of marketing experience with at least 1 - 1.5 years in personal care.
  • Laaunched new category.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
