Marketing Strategy Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategy Leader to spearhead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for marketing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. You will conduct thorough market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Managing social media channels and creating engaging content to connect with target audiences.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

In addition to your expertise in marketing strategy and execution, we are looking for a candidate who possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate marketing or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
