The role of a Line Assembler Trainer requires expertise in electronics and electrical engineering with experience in training and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training schedules and practical tracking systems for courses held at various centers
  • Maintain the availability and upkeep of all tools, equipment, and consumables in line with established guidelines
  • Create batches efficiently and ensure an attendance rate of 80%
  • Document training processes accurately in centers according to the specified training standards
  • Conduct internal and external assessments across all batches and ensure placement of 100% of candidates by identifying suitable local job opportunities
  • Promote candidate enrollment for training programs through diverse sales and marketing initiatives
  • Establish an action plan for reassessment and guarantee adherence to standard operating procedures
Essential Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electronics or Graduate degree in Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Information Technology
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience

This is a full-time position offering a competitive remuneration package between ₹18,00,000 - ₹22,00,000 per month.
