Job Title

A Product Sourcing Specialist is required to identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, tools, and equipment. This role involves negotiating rates and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Responsibilities:
    • Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, tools, and equipment
    • Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing
    • Maintain a vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships
    • Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requirements as needed
  • Marketing Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and dealers
    • Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing materials
    • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings to showcase products
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and marketing activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers and customers
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet
