Job Title: Banking Sales Associate Trainer

This role involves developing and delivering training content to centres. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can train and motivate teams.

Key Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree in any discipline with a specialization in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, along with Retail Asset Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of training experience in the same domain is necessary.
Responsibilities:
  1. We are seeking an experienced professional to develop content, training delivery schedules, and practical trackers for courses at centres.
  2. The selected candidate will ensure centre management by maintaining tools, equipment, and consumables as per guidelines.
  3. They must ensure 80% attendance and proper training documentation.
  4. Internal and external assessments, placement of 100% candidates, and mobilization for training programs are key responsibilities.
  5. Action plans on reassessment and SOP compliance are also expected.
  6. Customizing training materials based on group needs is essential.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to train and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
