Operational Training Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Operational Training Specialist to spearhead our training initiatives. This full-time position demands exceptional training delivery skills, the ability to create batches efficiently, and maintain high attendance levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Training Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training content to courses conducted at various centers, ensuring timely batch creation and maintaining a minimum 80% attendance rate.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure the availability and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and consumables across all centers as per established guidelines.
- Documentation and Assessment: Maintain accurate training records in centers as per the training Standard Development Procedure (SDP), conduct internal and external assessments in all batches, and ensure placement of 100% candidates by identifying suitable job opportunities.
- Mobilization and Marketing: Mobilize candidates for training programs through effective sales and marketing strategies, and develop a targeted action plan for reassessment.
- Academic Background: Science graduate with specialization in Science, Electronics, Telecom, IT, or a related domain.
- Professional Experience: Minimum one year of experience in Active Networks (5G Network Domain) and a total work experience of four years.
