We are seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our Product and Growth team as an Associate.

Job Description:

As an Associate in Product and Growth, you will play a critical role in identifying business challenges and driving product improvements. You will collaborate with various teams, analyze data, execute experiments, and make measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business challenges across operations, product, and customer success teams.
  • Interpret product usage data, uncovering gaps and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Tackle product user experience issues through research, critical thinking, and rapid iteration.
  • Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer teams to deliver impactful changes.
  • Design and execute experiments, tracking metrics and iterating quickly on activation funnels and retention cohorts.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits.
  • Take full ownership of growth experiments, managing from ideation to execution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL analytics tools.
