Job Overview

Fusion HCM Functional Consultants are key players in delivering and sustaining Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

The primary responsibilities of a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant encompass:

  • Leading implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related modules.
  • Steering the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, including fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and configuration.
  • Configuring and maintaining timecard layouts and time attributes, as well as time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Developing and enhancing Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, integrating with third-party applications, and creating reports and HCM Extracts.
  • Managing security setup and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).

For this role, candidates should possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience working on large-scale HCM projects. They should be proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM and demonstrate strong analytical and technical abilities.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in HCM consulting or implementation.
