Drive business growth by leading postpaid mobility and revenue retention strategies.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective collections and retention processes to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process and policy frameworks to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage collection and bad debt performance, including reducing involuntary churn.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and automation in collections.
  • Cross-functional coordination to achieve organizational goals, leveraging scale benefits and operating efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Target-oriented approach with sound process/systems knowledge and experience.
  • Expertise in receivables management and excellent data analysis skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Graduate/PG in any field with Excel and MS Office presentation skills.
