About This Role

This position oversees the daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer service. The Customer Support Team Manager will lead and coach a team of customer support advisors to achieve high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and performance manage a team of customer support advisors to drive excellence in customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and support quality.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize team performance.
  • Collaborate with the contact center manager to design and deliver training programs for the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and customer interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
