Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team at Volksskatt (OPC) Private Limited. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure the team is adequately trained to promote excellent customer service
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Eligibility criteria include any graduate or undergraduate degree
- Shifts: US shifts available
- Salary: ₹17K to ₹20K (CTC)
- Location: Bangalore (Belandur)
