Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Specialist with 10+ years of experience to evaluate and improve business processes, leveraging technology and automation for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in existing business processes by analyzing data and optimizing workflows.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for process enhancements through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Process Mapping and Modeling: Document and visualize current processes using flowcharts and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve performance by leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools for productivity and process improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes with various teams and stakeholders through regular updates and progress reports.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT with expertise in process analysis and improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and pattern identification.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process automation and software technologies to drive business process improvement.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including DTCC and ACORD annuity industry standards.
  • Industry Forum Experience with Insurance Retirement Institute (IRI) Ops tech group, DTCC /I&RS advisory and pilot working groups.
