Process Optimization and Safety Lead

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for leading process engineering, safety, and sustainability initiatives across our manufacturing plants.

The successful candidate will design and optimize process systems for seamless execution of new plant setups, drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and safety through proactive leadership and risk assessments, implement Management of Change (MOC), and drive sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Develop and execute process improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical); B.Tech/BE from IIT preferred.

Experience: 10 years in process engineering design, process optimization, and process safety roles in manufacturing.

Skills: Strong expertise in process design, process safety assessments, and sustainability integration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
