Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. As a key member of our Social Impact initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing programs that drive meaningful change.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Manager of Social Impact in executing and managing social impact initiatives in the US and India.
  • Engaging with existing NGO partners, monitoring and auditing their programs, and providing insights based on ground-level observations.
  • Managing the employee-volunteering program in MSI Bangalore.
  • Supporting the end-to-end NGO partner onboarding process in coordination with the Manager of Social Impact.
  • Ensuring compliance with our social impact norms, NGO funding utilization, and compiling quarterly and annual reports.
  • Identifying new avenues for MSI India to give back to local communities.
  • Reviewing grant proposals from potential grantees and providing feedback to the Manager.
  • Developing new partnerships with other foundations to explore areas of mutual interest and collaboration with the goal of increasing the scope of MSI's social impact.
Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Social Work, Public or Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field from a four-year college or two to four years of related experience and/or training.
  • Graduate degree in development sector or related field preferred; experience in philanthropy and/or non-profit organizations required.
  • Must have a knowledge of NGO sector with a focus on education, vocational training, and public health.
  • Research and impact assessment experience and budget management is required.
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and must be able to generate reports for management.
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies with ability to understand basic data quality principles and practice.
