Job Title: Team Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of customer support specialists.
  • Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service by monitoring interactions and providing feedback to team members.
  • Develop processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer support team.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer support process.
  • Motivate and encourage the team to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a customer support or leadership role, with at least 5 years in a supervisory position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop a team, and have a deep understanding of customer needs.
