Job Title: Process Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling multiple customer chats simultaneously, responding to queries and issues in a timely manner, and providing solutions based on available help articles and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 3+ active customer chats at the same time
  • Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Provide solutions based on available help articles and company policies
  • Replicate customer issues and report necessary bugs/suggestions/ideas
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide required information/support to customers
  • Support technical queries related to Domain, Hosting, Server, SSL, Email, Site Lock, Site backup, or other products owned by end customers
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
Requirements
  • Graduation in any discipline (preferably B.Tech or other tech/non-tech degree with computer course/certification/diploma)
  • Freshers are eligible
  • Knowledge of email clients and basics of internet technology (websites, domains, hosting, browsers, security, etc.)
  • Relevant experience in customer support through phone and good basic technical skills & sales techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills
  • Analytical skills with customer-centric approach
  • Excellent proficiency with written English and neutral English accent
  • Ability to work on flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
  • Typing speed of 40-45 words per minute with 80%+ accuracy
