We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting quality management processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities aligned with SAP QM functionality.

You will configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management. Collaboration with stakeholders in production, procurement, logistics, and IT is essential to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.

As a Quality Management Specialist, you will conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide user training and documentation to support successful adoption of QM processes. Troubleshooting and resolving SAP QM functional and technical issues will also be part of your responsibilities.

In addition, you will participate in SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, and upgrades with a focus on QM functionality and process integration. Integration between QM and other SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM, and SD to ensure consistent and accurate quality-related data flows is crucial.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  • A strong understanding of quality management principles including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications.
  • Experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM (procurement quality), PP (in-process quality), and PM (maintenance quality checks).
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces related to QM.
  • SAP S/4HANA QM experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit support within a manufacturing or life sciences environment is an advantage.
