About this opportunity:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional who can support our influencer initiatives across various platforms. You'll have the chance to discover new talent, coordinate collaborations, manage outreach, and track performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values and goals.
  • Pitch collaboration ideas to influencers and maintain timely follow-ups to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date influencer databases to streamline communication and outreach efforts.

Campaign Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement and results.
  • Coordinate logistics, including sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide creative briefs and ensure that brand guidelines are consistently followed by influencers.

Content & Engagement Tracking:

  • Monitor influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use to maximize reach and impact.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and compile performance reports to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Assist in collecting user-generated content (UGC) and facilitating approvals to showcase our brand's authentic voice.

Relationship Management:

  • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators through proactive communication and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and basic negotiation within agreed-upon parameters.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Passion for content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media is desirable.
