Job Title:

Executive Director

We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our team in Gift City-Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Alternate Investment Fund regulations and a strong background in finance.

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading compliance for all provisions of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars. They will also be responsible for managing investors queries on regular basis related to compliance and developing efficient controls for reconciliations, Risk and compliance management and review and daily / periodical MIS and daily operations management.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, meticulous reporting, analytical skills, and an eye for detail. They will also be able to manage complexity and ambiguity in day-to-day operations, think out of the box and look for creative solutions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum least 5 years in related activities in the securities market or financial products including in a portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management.
  • Knowledge of Finance / Accounting would be preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
