**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Systems Administrator to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who can provide exceptional IT support to employees across various environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support, with expertise in cloud applications, endpoint security, mobile/tablet support, and remote tools. They should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for non-technical users with patience and clarity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-user support for hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Delivering multi-channel support for local and remote users
  • Supporting the transition from current ITSM platforms to ServiceNow
  • Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops for new hires and tech refreshes
  • Managing tickets efficiently and escalating when necessary

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

4+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role

Associate degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
