  • Engage participants through phone calls and WhatsApp, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth follow-ups.
  • Collect feedback from attendees after masterclasses and provide guidance on their next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/Excel, tracking registrations, attendance, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Contribute to a positive online community experience by providing support and addressing queries.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder/mentor to understand the inner workings of transformational programs.
  • We're looking for empathetic, people-oriented candidates with exceptional communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth and understanding.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools, with AI tool proficiency being a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Gain hands-on experience in community engagement, operations, and participant management.
