Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Community Builder who will be responsible for building and nurturing offline and online communities around our brand. This role is ideal for a creative and self-driven professional eager to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build strong connections with our audience
  • Plan, organize, and manage events and activations that promote our brand
  • Support brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve outcomes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, community building, or event management
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • A self-starter with creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
  • Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
